This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Bitritm.com(the “Website”). It tells you ("you", "visitors", "users") what to expect when we collect personally identifiable information about you, and what your rights are concerning the collection of your information. It is provided in accordance with our obligations under the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). In this Privacy Policy, references to "Bitritm", “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”we” or “us”, a Company duly registered under the laws of El Salvador, with its registered number 2025124652, and having its registered address at Avenida La Capilla, Edificio 515, Apartamento 5-B, Colonia San Benito, Distrito de San Salvador, Municipio de San Salvador Centro, Departamento de San Salvador, República de El Salvador.
The Policy aims to ensure that users are fully aware how the Company collects and processes their Personal data including use of the Website and any of the services and related matters. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors and are not intended to be made available for them.
The Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Company’s Terms of Use. Thus, registration of account gives rise to the existence of a contractual relationship with the Company, as regulated by the Terms of Use, and all matters between the Company and you relating to services are deemed to fall within the subject matter of that same contractual relationship.

The Personal Data Collected
Bitritm is the controller and accounts for users’ Personal data.
- Contact information, such as name, home address, and E-mail address.
- Account information, such as username and password.
- Financial information, such as bank account numbers, bank statement, trading activity and history, commissions charged, etc.
- Identity verification information, such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, driving license or other documents requested by our compliance department.
- Residence verification information, such as Utility bill details or similar information.
- Other information, obtained during our KYC procedures, such as information about your financial state and source of funds.
The Company also collects, uses and shares Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your Personal data but is not considered Personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
In case if a user either fails to provide the data requested, or provides incomplete or insufficient data, the Company may not be able to use our services, including account opening.
